Meet the Founder

Bill Sikma
Founder

On May 15, 2011, God radically redirected my life. I was pursuing a career in law enforcement when the Lord made it clear that He was calling me to lay down my own ambitions and go all in for Jesus, sharing His love in both word and deed. I did not fully understand what that meant, but I knew I had to say yes.

For the next ten years, I served with a Christian ministry training churches and believers around the world to share the gospel and multiply disciples. During that season, God opened my eyes to the profound physical and spiritual suffering of vulnerable children, including orphans, abandoned, abused, and forgotten. As a new parent, their pain became impossible to ignore. If we are one family in Christ, how could I stay on the sidelines?

Passages like James 2:14–17 and Matthew 25:31–46 ignited a deep conviction that genuine faith must express itself through tangible care for the least of these and the most vulnerable. I longed to see people not only prepared for eternity but also empowered to experience the abundant life God desires for them today in body, mind, and soul. God also burdened my heart with the truth that real and lasting transformation happens when local believers are equipped to lead and strengthen their own communities.

In 2021, my sister and I used inheritance money from our grandfather, funds that would have gone to our late mother, to help build a Christian school in Sierra Leone for vulnerable children. When I later traveled there to lead ministry trainings, God confirmed that this was only the beginning. The school became a fully registered NGO in her honor, and God continued expanding the vision beyond anything we imagined.

In 2024, I stepped out in faith and launched ALL IN International, a volunteer-run ministry dedicated to bringing abundant life to the world’s most vulnerable children through holistic care and locally empowered partnerships. Our mission is simple: To bring abundant life to the world’s most vulnerable children.

Shirley’s Light

Named after my mother, who had a deep love for children and lived out the gospel through both word and deed. She not only loved candles but was a light—radiating warmth, joy, and hope to everyone around her.

Mission DEAN

Named after the son of close friends, Dean, who was born with Down syndrome and has miraculously survived numerous surgeries. Dean is a precious boy created in God’s image, and his life reminds us that every child, regardless of ability, has divine purpose and immeasurable worth.

Bryan’s Smile

Named after my childhood friend Bryan, who courageously battled leukemia. As kids, I would often accompany him to his medical appointments, and afterward we’d go out and make the most of the day together. When his cancer returned during our senior year and he passed away at just 18, his joy, faith, and unforgettable smile left a mark that still inspires me today.

What’s in a Name?

Every part of this ministry has a story behind it—each one honoring someone who has left a lasting imprint on my life and reflects the heart behind our mission:
