Ministry Partnerships

At ALL IN International, we believe in empowering and partnering with faithful, on-the-ground ministries already doing incredible work. Rather than reinventing the wheel, we come alongside trusted leaders who share our commitment to Christ-like, holistic care for the most vulnerable children. Together, we bring faith, hope, and love to Sierra Leone, Pakistan, and beyond.

Shirley’s Light

  • In a vulnerable region of Sierra Leone on the edge of the 10/40 Window, many children face abandonment, exploitation, and a lack of education. Shirley’s Light provides a safe, Christ-like home for 40 children and a free school for over 300 community kids. Led by Pastor Francis and his wife Marion, the ministry offers daily meals, education, discipleship, and a family environment. Each August—the deadliest month for children—they also run a summer program, giving 300+ kids food, learning, and a safe place to grow.

  • The ministry’s impact has been transformational. Muslim families who once opposed Christianity are now sending their children to the school because of the love, care, and excellence shown by the Christian teachers. The local church connected to the school has grown, and many children and their families have come to know Jesus personally.

  • ALL IN International provides financial support, strategic development, and spiritual encouragement for Shirley’s Light. We visit regularly to oversee projects, offer evangelism training, and connect U.S. donors directly to the children through mission and vision trips. We are also facilitating mentorship from other successful ministries in Kenya to strengthen leadership, sustainability, and holistic care practices.

Why We Care
  • Poverty: Almost 60% of Sierra Leone’s population lives below the national poverty line, and about 13% live in extreme poverty.

  • Food insecurity: Recent UNICEF reporting notes high levels of food insecurity — ~28% of households were experiencing severe food insecurity in recent assessments, worsening risks for children.

  • Water and Sanitation Gaps: Nearly 40% of the population lacks access to safe water, and many communities rely on contaminated or unreliable wells — a critical driver of disease and child illness.

  • Child malnutrition: About 26.2% of children under 5 are stunted (chronically malnourished) and ~5.2% are wasted (acutely malnourished); an estimated ~60,000 children are severely malnourished and at high risk of death without treatment.

Current Needs:

  • Dormitories to comfortably house the kids living on site
  • Solar power for the school and church
  • A working vehicle for ministry and student transport
  • Medical clinic support
  • Ongoing teacher salaries and food for children

Mission DEAN

  • Mission DEAN serves some of the most marginalized children in Sierra Leone: those with severe special needs who have often been abandoned, neglected, or abused due to cultural stigma. In local belief systems, children with disabilities are sometimes considered “cursed.” Through our partners at Mission DEAN, these children are provided with 24/7 care, physical therapy, education, and spiritual discipleship, restoring their dignity and revealing their God-given worth.

  • The transformation has been powerful. Children once left to die are now thriving, laughing, learning, and being loved as image-bearers of God.

  • ALL IN International provides project-based financial support, relational, and prayer covering for Mission DEAN. We help raise awareness and connect donors who want to stand with children often forgotten by society. Our role is to ensure that these children are not only physically cared for but also spiritually nurtured and known by name.

Operation Tetelestai

  • When a family is freed through Operation Tetelestai, everything changes. What was once a life of fear, exploitation, and generational bondage becomes a future filled with possibility. Families receive safe housing, food, medical care, and the support they need to stand on their own. Parents are equipped with vocational training or small businesses, giving them the dignity of providing for their children. Kids who once worked long hours in dangerous kilns are finally able to go to school, play, rest, and dream again.

Freedom doesn’t just change a moment; it transforms an entire generation. Families who were once trapped in slavery can now experience safety, hope, and the love of Jesus in a way they never imagined possible.

  • To date, Operation Tetelestai has rescued over 6,000 individuals from slavery by paying off unjust debts, securing legal release, and providing housing, food, and medical care. After rescue, each family is equipped with vocational training, micro-business start-ups, and education for their children. Entire generations are now free to live productive  lives and hear the hope of Jesus.

  • We provide funding for rescues and restoration, helps expand outreach to unreached families, and mobilizes prayer and awareness within churches.

Why We Care

Greater than

6o%

of children working in kilns had never attended school.

Nearly

7o%

of bonded laborers in brick kilns are children, numbering over one million children.

Current Needs:

Funding for family rescues (only $500 per family average to pay off their debt; $2,000 to set them up for housing, education, and vocational opportunities)

Bryan’s Smile

  • Bryan’s Smile exists to bring joy, hope, and the love of Jesus to children walking through the hardest moments of their lives. We come alongside a child battling cancer and create an unforgettable, joy-filled experience, whether it’s fulfilling a dream, hosting a celebration, or rallying their community to surround them with love, support, and fun.

  • Every Bryan’s Smile event brings hope where fear has taken root. Schools, churches, and local communities come together to celebrate a child and remind them, and their family, that they are deeply loved by God and not alone in their battle. The ripple effect often touches hundreds of people with the message of Christ’s love.

  • As the originating branch of ALL IN International, Bryan’s Smile is run by our volunteer team. We handle event planning, fundraising, and coordination with the child’s family, school, and community. Donors can contribute financially, volunteer, or nominate future recipients.

Why We Care

The stats from a 2022 Make a Wish study show the importance of faith, hope, and love to a child battling cancer. These children are vulnerable as their parents struggle with bills and can’t afford to provide everything their children dream of experiencing to uplift their spirits during a time of suffering.

Current Needs:

  • Financial sponsorships for each year’s featured child and event
  • Gifts and resources for families facing extended hospital stays
  • Community partnerships to expand to more children nationwide

Emily Sheriff, Mission DEAN Partner, Sierra Leone

“ALL IN International is supporting us to meet the tangible needs of these children who are so precious to Jesus. From wheelchairs, to surgeries, ALL IN is showing what it looks like when the Body of Christ works together to care for those who can give nothing in return. We are so thankful for them!”

“What a blessing it is to work with ALL IN International to set families free from slavery in Pakistan’s brick kilns. Because of this partnership, more children and parents are experiencing the joy, hope, and restoration that come with freedom.”
